Garage and Dock Field Service Technician

Work for a well-established industrial garage door and receiving dock

Location: Littleton, CO / Traveling to client sites in Colorado with a company vehicle

Shift: Monday – Friday Starting at 7:00am - 3:00pm/4:00pm (occasional weekend jobs)

Type of Role: Garage and Dock Technician Direct Hire, Fulltime 40-50 hours per week

Pay: $20-$40/HR (Tech I, Tech II, Tech III)

Additional Information: Company phone, tablet, service vehicle, and power tools are provided (following probationary period)

Day to Day Activities:

Commercial Garage Door and or Loading Dock maintenance, installation and repair jobs
Test products, equipment and machinery to diagnose problem and also to ensure everything is working properly
Communicate with customers in a professional manner when discussing issues, explaining the fixes and recommendations on upgrades or replacements

Usage of diagnostic tools, measuring devices and hand/power tools to complete tasks

Background:

Ideally 3+ years experience with installation, maintenance and repair on Commercial garage door and loading dock equipment
Experienced safely using step ladders, extension ladders and scissor lifts
- Will need to be comfortable working high off the ground
Ability to lift, climb, bend while servicing various machinery throughout every shift
18 years or older with valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must have your own basic tool (hammer, screwdriver, plyers etc)
Good commination and customer service skills
