Industrial Maintenance Technician 

The Role:

As an industrial maintenance technician, you will be responsible for the safe repair of custom automated food production, fermentation and packaging machinery and equipment. Tons of room for GROWTH! 

The Work Schedules:

1. 12 hour shifts 6a-6p or 6p-6a 
2. CONSISTENT schedule - same days / nights 3 shifts 1 week 4 shifts the next 

Compensation:

1. $35.50/HR + to start and raises and growth opportunities
2. 12 HOUR Shifts Differential between $2 - $6/ HR

 Day to Day:

• Troubleshoot and repair electric and mechanical equipment issues
• Communicate effectively and professionally with the production team, maintenance team and other internal employees from various departments 
• Identify, track, & perform work orders all completed on computer
• Identify needed parts, supplies and tools needed to complete various tasks 
• Manage and organize the maintenance tools, parts, and shop

Background Profile:

• Self-starter and ability to work on your own and manage your own time
• Strong problem-solving skills; root cause analysis of machine issues
• Attention to detail and willingness to fix the problem correctly
• 2+ years as an industrial maintenance mechanic or technician
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Lock out/Tag out experience
• Works in compliance with all safety, GMP and all other regulations 
• Low and high voltage troubleshooting knowledge:, single phase source power, and 3 phase source power
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, schematics, and PLC screen diagrams/display
• General facility repair knowledge— floors, painting, shelving set-up etc
• PLC troubleshooting experience 
• Experience in the packaged food or beverage industry PLUS 
• Knowledge and ability to work in a GMP automated warehouse environment
• Must not be afraid of heights- lifts and stairs are used to reach the tops of machinery 

Differentials:

1. for 3^rd shift 12 hour overnights is $2/HR 
2. for weekends is $4/HR 
3. for weekends 3^rd shift overnights is $6/HR
