Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire 

Salary: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm (most days) 

Salary: $90K a year

Primary Responsibilities:

The Master Plumber (Licensed in Colorado) will connect and complete plumbing on new pre-fabricated builds in the field (Green Valley Ranch). Ability to do a variety of tasks, from obtaining permits at the start of the project, to completing the work needed to coordinate and pass inspections at the end.  

• Installs, repairs, or replaces residential water systems
• Services and installs electrical fixtures and equipment
• Monitors and inspects facilities, equipment, and systems to determine compliance with state standards, and need for repair or upgrade
• Reviews blueprints and construction plans
• Experienced with PVC piping, PEX tubing and materials used in residential builds
• Completes all plumbing connections and pre-inspections to meet or exceed code requirements
• Obtains permits & inspections and arranges and schedules all inspections and testing
• Checks for all options needed to complete the project on time and on budget
•  Completes all work to satisfaction per inspection by completing all work with attention to detail and through good communication and teamwork 

Background Profile

• Must Possess and Maintain a Colorado State Master Plumber License which will be used for permits
• Professional Plumbing Experience 5 years
• Complete Understanding of Code Compliance
• Knowledge of common building materials  and component manufacturing process used in commercial and residential construction
