Job Type: Full-time, M-F, Days

Pay: $28/HR to start

Day to Day:

• Performs preventative maintenance, general maintenance and repairs on industrial plastic injection mold machines and warehouse
• Experience troubleshooting issues and completing physical fixes. EX: Disassembling and reassembling machinery using hand and power tools
• Changing out defective or damaged parts, fitting and adjusting parts and anything else that pops up 
• Log activity using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) 
• Order materials, parts, track and maintain inventory
• Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing Environment, or familiar with basics 

Background Profile for Maintenance Technicians:

• Must have at least 1 year as a Maintenance Technician working with Plastic Injection Molding, tooling and knowledge of manufacturing and production safety basics/PPE
• Experienced in various trades- through work experience and / formal training and education (Carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, welding, repair of heating and air conditioning systems, repair of electronic equipment, motor vehicle repair, and machine and equipment repair)
• Strong mechanical aptitude – able to troubleshoot issues and find the root cause to fix issues correctly the first time 
• Will need to communicate well with managers and new trainees in order for the team to be successful in completing solo and group maintenance tasks and projects
