Plastic Injection Mold Quality Inspector for 2^nd Shift NEEDED!

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire, M-F 2^nd shift 

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 /HR and Stock Options, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement and more!

Day to Day:

• Evaluate PLASTIC molded parts and check for various Quality Checks
• Visual inspection used to identify surface issues for finishing and molding departments
• Physical conformance inspection utilizing micrometers, gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Attention to detail and documentation for logging and reporting compliance issues or when creating or updating practices and procedures 
• Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing Environment, or familiar with basics 

Background Profile for Maintenance Technicians:

• MUST HAVE: Plastic Quality Inspection of Injection Mold Parts experience 
• Experience using various measuring tools and coordinate measuring machines
• Computer Skills: Databases, spreadsheets and SPC software
