Location: Littleton, CO / Traveling to client sites in Colorado
Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Type of Role: Direct hire
Pay: $70-$85K

Day to Day Activities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Research and compile data on the current building materials market
- Negotiate and provide quotes and product suggestions
- Track sales efforts, update timelines and present findings
- Coordinate product ordering, delivery process, and project planning and tracking
- Interface between customer, suppliers and internal departments
- Keep up to date with competitors and product updates
- Understand civil engineering and production drawings
- Computer skills Microsoft: Word, Excel and Outlook
- CRM or sales tracking system for logging all activities
Background:
- Ideally 5+ years of Sales experience in Engineering or Construction
- 18 years or older with valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Good commination and customer service skills
- Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawing and production schematics
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering construction management or similar
